Its a no-go
Update: The boat we were going to take broke down meaning we had to forego the Timbuktu trip. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I don't think I would have made it the 2000 km back to Accra in time for my flight giving the hellish time we had trying to get a lift back to Burkina
